About Geshlly
These terms describe use of Geshlly, the brand operating Geshlly.com. Geshlly provides guided meditation sessions, everyday pauses, a personal practice plan, favorites and practice progress.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details private and use an email address you can access. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not share credentials, access another person's account, interfere with the service or bypass its access controls.
Personal use
Use the recordings and app for your own practice. Buying access does not transfer ownership of the recordings or give permission to copy, resell or redistribute them.
Wellbeing, not medical care
The practices are for general wellbeing. They are not diagnosis, treatment, therapy or emergency support. Stop a practice if it causes discomfort, and seek qualified help when needed. Do not use the recordings when driving or when attention to your surroundings is required.
Price and purchases
The advertised Annual plan is $38 USD per year. Checkout is not available on this site at present, and no payment is collected here. Before any purchase becomes available, the final payable amount, applicable taxes, billing period and renewal or cancellation terms must be shown for review. These terms do not state that an annual plan renews automatically.
Refunds and your rights
Please read the Refund Policy before purchasing. No voluntary refunds are offered, except where applicable law or overriding payment-provider terms require otherwise. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Privacy and account choices
The Privacy Policy explains account information and its use. You can export your account data or delete your account from Your space. Deletion removes active account records; earlier copies may remain in backups.
Availability and changes
Service availability may be interrupted. No particular wellbeing outcome is promised. Material changes to purchase terms should be presented before they apply to a new purchase; mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
