Who operates the app
Geshlly is the brand operating Geshlly.com. This policy describes the current app's account and practice features.
Information you provide
Your account stores an email address and a securely hashed password, not a readable password. It stores your practice-plan answers (goal, experience and preferred style), preferred practice time and timezone, saved favorites, practice checks, saved pause days and timer-session history. Account records include creation and activity times needed for these features.
Sign-in and security
An essential session cookie keeps you signed in. The app uses session records and expiring confirmation or password-reset tokens to protect access. Temporary attempt limits use hashed identifiers derived from an email address or network address. No location permission, microphone or camera access is requested.
Why information is used
Information is used to provide your account, personalize your practice plan, save your choices and progress, confirm your email, recover access and protect the service against abuse. When Mailjet is configured, confirmation and recovery emails are sent through Mailjet, which processes the recipient email address, message and delivery information. Support messages sent to geshlly.com@gmail.com are processed by Gmail.
Optional Google sign-in
If Google sign-in is made available and you choose it, Google processes the sign-in request. Geshlly receives your verified email and a Google account identifier to sign you in or link the matching account. The app does not request access to Gmail or your Google files.
Recordings and browser data
Recording files are stored separately from public website files and are served after sign-in. Browser media and session requests still reach the hosting service. The app does not record your voice or send your practice answers to an AI service. It contains no advertising or analytics trackers. Hosting services may keep request or error logs; their retention and access must be set by the operator.
Payments
Checkout is not active here. The current app does not collect card details or store payment transactions. If payments are introduced, the payment provider and relevant processing must be explained before a purchase.
Retention and deletion
Account information remains while your account is active. You can export data or delete the account in Your space. Deletion removes active account records, but copies may remain in backups; no fixed backup-removal schedule is promised here. Security tokens expire and temporary attempt records are cleared as the app processes requests. Hosting log and backup retention are not defined by the app.
Access and protection
Private account records and recordings are not publicly listed. They are protected by sign-in and service access controls, but are not end-to-end encrypted against the operator. People operating the service and its configured hosting or email services may process the information needed to run it. No system can promise absolute security.
Your choices
You can change your practice plan and settings, export your account data or delete your account from Your space. Any mandatory privacy rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
